Once we’ve mapped out the perfect shape together, I carefully create fine, hair-like strokes that blend seamlessly with your natural brows. The aim is always soft, natural results that suit your face, not brows that look overdone.

One of the biggest mistakes beginner lip blush artists make is choosing the same lip shade for every client.

When selecting a pigment, we don’t just look at what colour the client likes. We consider their Fitzpatrick skin type, natural lip tone, undertones and how the pigment will heal in the skin.

A Fitzpatrick 1-2 client with fair skin and lighter features will often suit softer, cooler shades. A Fitzpatrick 2-3 client may suit a wider range of balanced tones, while a Fitzpatrick 3-4 client typically benefits from richer, warmer shades that complement deeper skin tones and heal beautifully.

The goal isn’t to make every client the same colour. The goal is to choose a shade that enhances their individual features and heals into a result that looks natural and flattering.
