My own Skin progress 😅 I can’t even believe I’m posting these before pictures but it’s so nice to see the progress I’ve made. From being so self conscious so now being able to be make up free everyday!
There is roughly 14 months around these pictures. 5 months post-partrum I experienced the worst hormonal acne and my skin was so sore and inflamed. I stripped back my skincare routine, changed my diet and ensured it included anti inflammatory foods and began taking supplements again.
I began a course of chemical peels on myself and then found .I had an online consultation with a dermatologist who then perscribed my daily doser which contains prescription strength active ingredients. After a few months of using the daily doser my skin improved, it was less inflamed and I then started to work on my acne scarring.

My client started to suffer with hormonal acne last year and after trying different creams and antibiotics from the DR which didn’t work, she decided to come for a skin consultation in January.
