AfterMED Lips:
Lip aftercare developed for use following lip filler, dissolving and lip blush. Its anhydrous formula includes Arnica, Kahai Oil and Colloidal Oats, helping to soothe and condition the lips while providing a comfortable finish.

The 15 ml airless pump offers a practical option for professional use, while the 4 ml Mini gives patients a dedicated take-home product to continue their lip care routine.

AfterMED Finish:
A cosmetic facial serum developed for post-treatment skincare, including following dermal filler, polynucleotides and microneedling, where suitable and in line with the product protocol.

Its anhydrous formulation includes Phytosphingosine, Andiroba Oil and Antilukein 6, selected to soothe, soften and support the skin barrier. Available in a 50 ml professional airless pump and a 15 ml take-home size.

Aftercare that continues beyond the clinic:
Both products have take-home sizes available to retail, giving patients a clear skincare recommendation and your clinic an opportunity to incorporate retail into its aftercare offering.

We surveyed 115 UK aesthetics practitioners to explore what they use, the concerns their patients share and what they value about AfterMED Skin.

Here’s what we found:

📊 Around 70% reported using AfterMED aftercare, based on the combined responses available.

💬 Patient concerns were common. Around 93% of practitioners answered “yes”, “sometimes” or “frequently” when asked about concerns relating to swelling, bruising or discomfort after treatment.

✨ Soothing and patient experience stood out. In our group of 35 practitioners, 94% selected “effective for soothing side effects” as a favourite feature, 86% selected our purpose-made formulation and 83% selected “improves the overall patient experience”.

For us, these findings reinforce the importance of thoughtful aftercare, clear advice and continued support beyond the appointment.
