π€ What if the biggest mistake in PDO thread lifting isn't the thread itself?
Many practitioners are taught where to place threads.
Very few are taught why.
π What if better results came from understanding facial anatomy, biomechanics and vector planning before a single thread is inserted?
β¨ Something exciting is coming this October...

π NEW EXCITING COURSE coming in October with Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi
The Enrich Dermatology Course has been created for practitioners who want to improve how they assess the skin and face before building a treatment plan.
Practitioners will learn how to:
π¬ assess skin readiness
β οΈ recognise red flags
π₯ understand inflammatory skin conditions such as acne and rosacea
π¦ identify systemic warning signs such as lupus-type skin changes
π recognise suspicious skin changes and skin cancer warning signs that may require referral
π€ understand facial ageing patterns
π consider ethnicity, facial identity and bone structure when planning treatment
π« understand when certain treatments or approaches may not be appropriate for every facial structure
π build safer treatment protocols based on the individual patient in front of them
This is not about diagnosing medical conditions.
It is about developing safer clinical awareness, knowing when to treat, when to pause, when to stabilise and when referral may be the safest option.
It is also about understanding that aesthetic treatment should not be copy and paste. Not every face needs the same approach, and not every treatment is suitable for every facial structure.
Taught by Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi β Dermatologist, Biologist and International Aesthetic Trainer.
π
Starts 11th October
π³ Payment plans available
π₯ Smaller group training environment
Bookings are now open.

π§ Are you assessing the face or following a template?
Come and learn all about
π Ethnicity. Bone structure. Facial identity.
These are not things that should be overlooked in aesthetics yet they are not always explored in standard training.
As part of the Enrich Dermatology Course, practitioners will learn how ethnicity, facial architecture, bone structure and cultural aesthetics can influence treatment decisions.
Because not every face should be assessed the same way.
And not every treatment plan should follow a trend or template.
This part of the course is about understanding why certain treatments may not be appropriate for every face, how to preserve natural features, and how to plan more ethically, respectfully and clinically.
Taught by Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi β Dermatologist, Biologist and International Aesthetic Trainer.
