Focusing on what I put in my body food wise, investing in high quality products and really researching ingredients, get in my Pilates flow and taking time for me off my phone are things Iāve been doing for the last month since turning 25āØš¤āļø

Low and slow is keyyy for starting a retinol or retinal to avoid irritation as much as possible!
My top 3 favourite retinal products are:
