We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader in Altrincham. 💛
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Team Leader. The candidate must be organised, possess leadership abilities, and adopt a person-centered approach. )(Experience in working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors in service provision is necessary.)
A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 is essential. A driving license is preferred, and the vehicle of the individual being supported will be available for use at all times.
(This is a permanent role.)
40 hours per week - Hours flexible to meet service needs.

Key Care & Support are recruiting a team-oriented person with a solid background in the health and social care industry, a minimum of NVQ Level 3 certification, and ideally, knowledge in supporting individuals with enhanced needs.
🏆Well-organised and capable of leading a team, person-centered and have experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors in service provision.
🏆Have supported individuals with enhanced needs.
🏆Able to collaborate effectively within a team and assist parents and other professionals in their engagement.
🏆Has a very hands-on approach to work.
🏆Hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
🏆A driver is preferred, as you will have access to the vehicle of the person you will be supporting at all times.
You will be supporting a young male, to develop his skills, make choices, and have a strong voice in decisions about his life, routines, and activities.
Flexible with hours to accommodate service requirements, committing to 40 hours per week.
