Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been doing holistic therapies for over 10 years. In December 2022, I decided to leave my full time office job of over 25 years to pursue my dream of having my own business.

I have a little Jack Russell called Izzy, she’s not a fan of walking and would much rather be cuddled in-front of the TV with a blanket!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping with friends and enjoying the odd Prosecco with my nieces!
