Followed after lunch by inclusive accessible sports with Better Things at The Lifestyle Centre in Woodhouse Park, a lovely start to a busy week with Keystones 😊

Gaming session at Everyone Can in Sale, Sports and Social afternoon with the community coaches at Alty FC on Thursday & a great
Friday Ten Pin Bowling at Atlantic Bowl in Altrincham and an afternoon with our friends from Out & About, playing pool & card games at The Carter’s Arms in Sale Moor - always a great way to get ready for the weekend.

Keystones Wednesday, meeting up at Ten Pin Bowling cafe first in Altrincham & a great session of bowling had by all 🎳 🌟
Lunch, card games & lots of excited talk about England’s World Cup match coming up tonight - lovely day of fun & friendship 😊

A much cooler (but still bright) start to our Keystones week, as we met up with all our lovely friends from Out & About at our cricket club base for Tuesday morning’s relaxed art session, hot drink & a catch up on all the weekend’s news.
After lunch, everyone enjoyed either the inclusive football session outdoors or walking rounders inside with ‘Better Things’ at The Lifestyle Centre - well done everyone 😊 🌟

Catching up on Friday’s Keystones activities & another hot day for everyone, starting out with cold drinks at the Forum Café before a cool ten pin bowling session at Atlantic bowl in Altrincham 🎳
Ending the day & week, over at The Carter’s Arms in Sale Moor, for lunch, pool & card games with our friends from Out & About.

Thursday’s never disappoint!
Meeting up for some cooling drinks at The Coffeehouse in Sale, before a great morning gaming with Everyone Can.
Lunch & a brilliant afternoon accessing indoor sports & games with the community coaches at Alty FC.
We’ve never been more thankful for both venues having excellent air con!

Another day another scorchio!! 🥵 but we make sure we’re inside enjoying activities out of the hot sun!
Today Ten Pin Bowling cafe, followed by a great bowling session, well done everyone 🎳 🌟
Lunch back at our cricket club base with our friends from Out & About, joining us to play the very popular traffic light🚦card game.
Lovely day of fun and friendship 😊

Great to be back after our break & straight into our Tuesday activities with our Keystones friends.
A morning of relaxed art & catching up with our friends from Out & About who joined us for art & lunch.
A changed afternoon followed, over at The Lifestyle Centre, outdoor football was cancelled due to the heatwave, so everyone joined the indoor cricket activity in the sports hall with our friends from Better Things.
A much needed hydration break in the cafe afterwards, before heading home. Well done everyone 🌟
