The Holistic Dragonfly

Yesterday I actually had 30 minutes to lie under my Crystal Light Therapy bed. 😂

I know… 30 whole minutes to just lie down in peace and quiet. With two children, one nearly 5 and going on 15, during the summer holidays… I genuinely couldn’t believe it. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

And honestly? I really needed it.

Afterwards I felt relaxed, centred and grounded. The snappiness had gone, my head felt clearer and I just felt like me again.

It was like a weight had been lifted.

During the treatment I could feel tingling and gentle waves moving through me — almost like my body was letting go of energy I no longer needed.

I slept so well last night, and I’m still feeling great this morning 🤍🥰

I feel calm. I’m not stressed or snappy, I feel happier, more balanced and more connected. 🤍

I genuinely feel like I’ve had a reset and I’m ready for the week ahead.

And the best part? I didn’t have to do anything.

I just lay there… and received.

I LOVED IT. 🥹✨

And even my hubby wants to try it now… and trust me, he is NOT someone who’s usually into these things! 😂

He has a leg operation coming up, so I’m really looking forward to him having some time to properly rest and switch off during his recovery too. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’ve been carrying until you finally put it down.

Maybe 30 minutes is all you need to come back to yourself. 🦋
