🖤✨ URGENT NOTICE TO JENNA’S CUSTOMERS ✨🖤

As many of you know, I’ve been suffering terribly with my hands, particularly my left arm, and have been waiting for surgery for some time now.

I’m pleased to say I’ve finally been given a date for my operation — 24th October. ❤️

I appreciate this is very short notice, but it’s important that I get the surgery done as soon as possible, especially with Christmas just around the corner! 🎄✨

I will do my absolute best to accommodate as many of you as possible before my operation, and I’m hoping for a speedy recovery so I can get back to doing what I love as soon as possible.

However, it’s so important that I allow myself to heal properly because, as you all know, these hands are my livelihood, and I need to look after their magic! 🪄✨

Sophie will, of course, be on hand throughout, and although I won’t be able to physically carry out treatments while recovering, I will still be around on the salon floor, helping and assisting wherever I can. So you won’t be getting rid of me that easily! ❤️

I really do appreciate your patience and understanding while I get myself back to full health.

You all mean the absolute world to me, and I can’t thank you enough for your continued loyalty, love and support. 🖤💛

We have now been in our new home 7 months
I can't Thankyou you enough for your support

A few things I'd like to address we are extremely busy if you e noticed when you message you get automated response . We will respond as soon as possible but out of hours I now rest .
It's so difficult now don't have juniors as the wages are so high I would have to increase prices so much. It makes me sad we are not only creating beautiful hair we have an added workload of covering the juniors responsibility as well as reception bookings and running he business and don't get me started on socials this another job in itself .
I'm proud of where we are and that's thanks to all of you 💫
You will notice when you ring we sometimes don't answer we aren't ignoring you we are just over run in the salon and can't break off we are still here the best way is to WhatsApp or leave a message for us to get back to you .
We are all under a lot of pressure these days more than ever we want to concentrate on the clients in front of us .
