Especially home bleach. You never truly know what strength you’re working with, and repeated DIY colour can leave you with uneven tones, unwanted warmth and, in some areas, serious damage.

This lovely client came to me with a real home-colour disaster — patchy, uneven, orange in places and damaged in others. The goal wasn’t to make her hair “perfect” in one appointment, but to carefully bring it back to a soft, blended blonde while keeping as much brightness as possible 🤍
