However, my business is my livelihood and my appointments are my income, so last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on my business.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it’s often impossible to fill that space, resulting in lost income.

Whether an appointment is £20 or over £100, every booking matters, and even a few cancellations can make a significant difference.
