Let’s talk ‘M’ shaped lips — this type of lip shape naturally has more volume centrally and less support laterally, which makes it one of the most challenging lip shapes to enhance with dermal fillers, especially when opting for russian technique.

This involved placing dermal filler strategically to build up the thinner lateral edges of the lips, and lifting the cupid’s bow without adding too much volume to the center as we wanted to avoid the lips appearing middle heavy.
