I love expanding my skills and bringing new treatments to you, and today’s training is one I’m particularly excited about.

Home after a lovely day at an introductory Bowen Technique workshop 🌿

I really enjoyed learning new techniques and spending the day exploring a different approach to bodywork.

Continuing to learn and develop my skills is something I love, and it’s very much at the heart of Marine Wellness. 💚

Now it’s time for a cuppa and feet up!

Sometimes Sunday evening feels less like a rest and more like getting a head start on Monday washing sorted, diary checked, everyone else organised.

Then you sit down and realise you haven’t really stopped all weekend.

So tonight, a little reminder: you don’t have to get everything finished before you’re allowed to rest. 🌿

Put one thing aside. Have your tea while it’s warm. Let the evening belong to you for a wee while.

That’s something I value about welcoming you into Marine Wellness: giving you time where you don’t have to look after anyone else.

For that hour, someone is looking after you. 💚
