This is a post I never wanted to have to make, but I always want to be honest and transparent with you all.

I’ve recently experienced some issues with my Korean lash lift products, and if you’ve had a Korean lash lift with me and haven’t been 100% happy with your results, I would really appreciate you letting me know. This is especially helpful if you’ve had previous lash lifts with me and know the results you would normally expect.

I genuinely care about the quality of every treatment I provide, and I want every single client to leave feeling happy with their lashes. If something isn’t right, I want the opportunity to put it right for you.

Lashes are one of my favourite treatments to do and one of my busiest services, so I’ve made the decision to change suppliers to ensure I’m using products that deliver the high-quality, long-lasting results you deserve.

Unfortunately, this means any Korean lash lift appointments over the next few days will need to be postponed while I wait for my new stock to arrive. My Sunday appointments will still go ahead, and I’ll be offering a discounted price on all lash lift appointments while I test my new products.

I believe I’ve contacted everyone who may have been affected, but if you have any concerns at all, no matter how small, please don’t hesitate to message me. My inbox is always open, and I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. It means more than you know. 🩷
