👇Who needs this??👇

🤍 A reminder that it’s ok to stop sometimes … how can you look after others if you don’t look after yourself??

You don’t always need to be productive.
You don’t always need to catch up.
You don’t always need to look after everyone else.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of peace and quiet. 🕯️

A warm, cosy room.
Soft music.
A heated bed.
A little time where nobody needs anything from you and nothing is expected of you.

Just lie back, switch off and let someone else take care of you for a while. 🤍

Sometimes it’s exactly what you need. ✨

Come in tired, leave feeling a little more like you again. 🫶🏻

Please listen & know that when I tell you to take some deep breaths this is what I am meaning 😂😂😂

🚪 PORES ARE NOT TINY LITTLE DOORS …

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your pores cannot open and close like a miniature front door 😂

They don’t hear you coming with a hot towel and think,
“Quick lads time to open up 😂
And cold water doesn’t slam them shut either!

What we can do is help remove excess oil, dead skin and build-up, treatments like dermaplaning and facials can make the skin look smoother, fresher and less congested.
(Steam softens the sebum to clean them easier & cold can temporarily make the skin look tighter)

So when someone tells you their facial is going to “open your pores” and then “close them back up”… 🚩🚩🚩

Your pores are not doors. They’re pores.

(Also the video shows how the bed is so comfy & why my washing machine never stops 😂)

So somehow or other Facebook felt the need to show me a live from some massage world championships …. But to be perfectly honest I think this boyo has maybe been out at an all night rave & just found himself there by accident 😂😂
What on earth are we watching lol
