Glad to be able to get kitty’s wee trotters back down to size again after her long haul flight ✈️
She cleverly booked in for a lymphatic drainage massage before going so she had no swelling on the way … and another one on her return because after a fortnight of enjoying herself (🥂🥘🍷🥐🍸) her wee lymph system wasn’t so strong coming home 😢

I know the Medicube wrapping mask is everywhere at the minute, and whilst it looks satisfying to peel off I am not a fan of any peel-off products ❌
Anything that tugs on the skin has the potential to cause irritation, especially if your skin is sensitive or your barrier is already compromised.
Personally, I’d rather nourish and strengthen the skin than rely on products that create a dramatic ‘peel’.
Remember, viral doesn’t always mean better!
So my advice would be to always stick to a nourishing sheet mask or Bee Havens wash off mask 💋

So I just finished another course 👏 & this morning a client asked me why I keep doing courses when I’m already qualified & it’s easy, it’s because knowledge is power 🔋

The human body and the skin are incredibly complex & no two people are ever the same so there is always something new to learn.

It’s also always interesting to hear different lecturers and tutors perspectives on treatments because they all have their own experience, techniques and way of explaining things & sometimes I can pick something up from one that I maybe don’t from another 🤷🏻‍♀️

This isn’t about collecting fancy certificates to hang on the wall. It’s about being able to give the very best care and making sure every treatment I offer is backed by the latest knowledge. Times change & so does research.

It would make for an easy life to stay stagnant & let chat gpt write & teach me everything, but sure where’s the fun in that lol
Also the human body absolutely fascinates me so I’m always up for learning more lol!!
