We live in a world where so much happens through screens. We can message instantly, work remotely, and even use technology to answer our questions. Yet despite all of this, many people have never felt more disconnected.

One of the most common questions we hear is:

"Do I need any previous Reflexology experience before I enrol?"

The answer is simple: No.

Many of our students start their journey with little or no knowledge of Reflexology. What they do have is curiosity, compassion, and a desire to learn something new.

Our courses are designed to take you from beginner to qualified Reflexologist, guiding you through both the theory and practical skills step by step. You'll be supported throughout your training, building confidence as your knowledge and experience grow.

The only thing we ask is that you're comfortable with basic computer use, as some elements of the course are completed online.

Everyone starts somewhere. Every experienced Reflexologist was once a beginner too.

Meet the Tutors – Helen Ballard! 👣✨

Helen has been busy running both our Warwickshire and Milton Keynes schools for the past 4 years, however she’s now focussing completely on our Milton Keynes venue!

Running her own successful clinic, Cottage Therapies, Helen decided back in 2014 that she'd like to extend her knowledge to teaching.

Helen says; “My interest in Reflexology goes back many years. I wanted to train as far back as the mid 90’s but with a very young family at the time, it proved difficult. My interest became re-ignited again around 10 years later, after the passing of my father, I re-evaluated my life and decided I should go for what I was passionate about. Now or never attitude!

Since training with Wendy & Martyn back in 2007, I haven’t looked back. I became inspired and motivated to establish myself and practice Reflexology as mainstream as I possibly could. I can honestly say that treating clients and subsequently becoming a tutor at the school has been a rewarding achievement in my life. It is great therapy to share and so rewarding to inspire some of our students to think about teaching our course too!”
