• Please wear gloves when gardening to protect your nails and skin
• If you have a light gel polish, try to avoid sunbeds as they can sometimes cause the colour to yellow

Sometimes it’s not even about the nails.
It’s the pause. The quiet hour to yourself. The feeling of slowing down and letting someone take care of you for a change. A small ritual that reminds you you’re allowed to feel good, soft, feminine, confident.
Fresh nails won’t change your life, but they change the way you carry yourself through it. The way you reach for your coffee, type on your laptop, hold the steering wheel, take a photo, walk into a room. The little moments feel more polished, more intentional.
Taking care of yourself is never superficial. Sometimes the smallest things make you feel the most like yourself again.
Nails done isn’t a treat. It’s a ritual.
