Heyford Recovery Hub

If you fancy making cold plunging a part of your weekly routine this is the membership for you. ten minutes is all you need to start/end or refresh your day at a time that works for you

I'm very excited to have the opportunity to work with the Northampton Rugby Alliance to support their players and families with their recovery and wellbeing 🔥❄️

I practice this daily, so powerful and my V02 Max has also increased 🙌

We have two cold plunges at the hub set to 15 and 5 degrees. Come try it for yourself, I'm always on hand to guide you safely, Claire.

In addition to our single memberships we now offer a joint membership for even greater savings.

Our Infrared Sauna is one of my favourite therapies. It heats your body on a cellular level rather than the air around you that can be uncomfortable in a traditional sauna.

Helping you to recover and deeply relax. It boosts circulation, eases sore muscles and leaves you feeling calm and re-energised.

Silvester Stallone you were awesome! What a privilege to listen to your life story in person - still pinching ourselves. Now time to read the book 💪🥊

Happy Friday! A few slots still available for today, only one slot available for tomorrow morning and Sunday we are closed so I'd snap them up to avoid disappointment, Claire x
