Wow, what a busy and wonderful summer it’s been! With lots of bookings and an upcoming holiday, my diary is now full until Friday 25th September.

I’ve had a few cancellations this week, so I thought this would be a good opportunity to remind you about my cancellation policy.

Whenever possible, I’d appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This way, I can try to find someone else who might be interested in taking your appointment.

If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, please be aware that the full treatment price will be charged. On the day cancellations mean it’s much less likely I can fill the appointment, and as a result, I don’t get paid.
