I used a 19mm tong for these waves that I don't use very often usually, but now I'm obsessed!
I used a 19mm tong, which should technically turn you into a poodle and win you a prize at crufts. But with the wrap and unwrap technique it's a great way to create waves on hair that hates to hold a wave.
