Lashing isn’t for the faint hearted, checking your sets a million times with a mirror, your mentors voice still pounding in your head , removing the spikes for the wrong direction… 😂 I wanted to quit lashing so many times but you won’t ever get better if you stop.
Self care shouldn’t be a treat it should be a priority!
It’s about doing something for yourself to benefit your health. Mentally or physically.
Confiding in someone when life’s weighing you down, getting advice, sharing good news, investing in yourself, not always in the name of vanity sometimes it’s just necessary to give us the pick me up we need!
