GYM ATTIRE

To help keep our gyms safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone, we’d like to remind all You Fit members & guests that appropriate workout clothing and fully enclosed trainers must be worn at all times while using the gym.

For health and safety reasons, the following are not permitted:

• Sandals, sliders, boots or other slip-on type footwear
• Bare feet or socks only
• Jeans or denim shorts
• Workwear or outdoor/utility clothing

We also require shirts to remain on at all times.

Please note that our team may refuse entry or ask members to leave the gym floor if inappropriate clothing or footwear is being worn.

To become a You Fit Hero, we are trying to encourage as many of our members as possible to click blood.co.uk and arrange an appointment where you can donate blood at your nearest donation centre. Every donation can save up to 3 lives, and make a big difference to someone in need.
