PERIMENOPAUSE AT 35… YES, IT CAN HAPPEN 🤍

When I first started experiencing changes, one of the things I kept hearing was

“you’re too young for perimenopause.”

But I knew my body didn’t feel like itself at times 🙃

Changes in my cycle, mood, energy, brain fog, skin, sleep and just generally feeling different made me want to understand what was actually going on inside my body.🧪

So I decided to take a more in-depth blood test — not just looking at hormones, but also looking at skin health and advanced health markers, giving me a bigger picture of what’s happening from within. 👏🏽✨
