Looking for something to keep the kids busy for the last few days of the summer holidays? How about building a WACKY RAFT?

We’re looking for families to take part in our first Wacky Raft Race at Love Your River Day, Falcon Meadow, Bungay, on Saturday the 29th of August.

Anything that floats can join in – decorate a canoe, kayak, paddleboard or lilo, or get creative and make your own wacky craft. Dressing up is very much encouraged too!

The races kick off at 4pm, with prizes for:
• Fastest Junior & Senior
• Most impressive craft
• Best dressed

Buoyancy aids are essential, with a limited number available to borrow.

Children are very welcome during private sessions, but we keep our community sessions adults-only.

It’s partly for their safety, and partly so everyone can enjoy some uninterrupted time to switch off. We know how it is… sometimes the little ones can be a bit annoying 😆 Opening doors, climbing about, you know the drill if you have saunad with your kids ! We love saunaing with ours but it can be a bit annoying 🤭🤭

Some people come to the sauna specifically to escape the chaos of everyday life (and their children 😆), so we want to respect that too.

Private sessions mean you can bring the whole family, relax together and enjoy the sauna knowing the space is completely yours. 🧡

We love welcoming kids into our sauna space and letting them experience it all, its a really special thing to do as a family!!
