Subject: Serious concerns about anti-social behaviour, speeding bikes and rising crime in NG8 / Aspley area
Dear Alex Norris MP,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention some serious issues affecting residents in the NG8 5RX area (Aspley Lane).
Are you aware that loud bikes with modified exhausts and vehicles speeding well above the speed limit — often ridden by masked young people — are frightening small children and vulnerable residents like myself in the neighbourhood?
Do you know that anti-social behaviour and vandalism/mischief in King George Park (Aspley) is increasing 24/7?
Furthermore, Aspley Lane has now become a high-crime hotspot, which is causing significant fear and distress among local families.
I kindly request you to look into these matters, raise them with the police and local council, and take action to restore safety and peace in our community.
