Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic treatment designed to support your body’s natural healing process after surgery.
MLD is beneficial following cosmetic procedures such as BBLs, tummy tucks, breast augmentations, facial surgery, liposuction, as well as C-sections and general surgeries.
This is not a traditional massage. The technique is very light and precise, focusing on the skin and lymphatic vessels rather than the muscles.

🎄 Christmas Opening Times & Appointments 🎁

Karen has a few more appointments left on Thursday 11th between 9:30am–2:30pm if anyone wants to grab a spot! She’s also working on the 17th & 18th of December, with limited appointments left on those days.

✨ After that, she’ll be off for two weeks to enjoy the Christmas break with her family.

I will be working between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, so feel free to book in if you need a little festive chill! ✨
