Can’t do a pull up yet? That’s exactly why assisted pull ups exist.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is avoiding pull ups altogether because they can’t do one. The reality is that most people don’t start out being able to pull their own bodyweight up to a bar.
Assisted pull ups are a great way to build the strength needed while still practising the actual movement. You’re working the same muscles, learning the technique, and getting stronger every week.
The best part You can gradually reduce the assistance as you improve, bringing you closer and closer to your first unassisted rep.
Remember, nobody wakes up one day and magically does 10 pull ups.It starts with building the foundations, being consistent, and trusting the process.
Stick with it, keep showing up, and those assisted reps will soon turn into your first proper pull up.
