What Jawline Filler Actually Achieves

Sharpen & Define the Jawline
By injecting filler along the bony edge, practitioners can transform a soft, recessed, or weak jawline into a crisp, clean border that clearly separates the face from the neck.
Camouflage Early Jowling
As skin loses elasticity, tissue slides downward and forms jowls over the jawbone. Placing filler directly into the pre-jowl sulcus (the hollow notch right in front of the jowl) creates a continuous, straight line along the lower jaw, effectively disguising sagging skin.
Enhance the Mandibular Angle
For a sharper profile, filler is injected at the posterior angle of the jaw (right under the earlobe). This creates a structured, structured turn at the back of the jaw, giving the lower face a stronger frame.
