🔥 BRUXISM — DID YOU KNOW ITS SYMPTOMS CAN BE REDUCED?

Bruxism is the involuntary, often unconscious clenching or grinding of the teeth. It can occur during the day or while sleeping. Excessive activity of the masseter muscles can contribute to jaw tension, muscle discomfort, headaches and increased pressure on the teeth and temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
