Going forward a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be taken off your original balance.
If your appointment is cancelled the deposit will be kept.
If you need to rearrange as long as it's at least 48hrs notice I will allow the deposit to be brought forward to the rearranged appointment.
Sorry to have to do this but when I have people Cancelling an hour or less before their appointment, it affects me massively, it doesn't give me enough time to fill the gap
