That means morning yoga is today at 9am at Wysall Village Hall and somehow we’ll be rolling our mats out all over again tomorrow evening at 6pm.

Starting your day the best way…. ☀️With temperatures set to soar over the next few days, morning yoga is the perfect way to move before the heat of the day arrives.
