A strand test tells us what’s possible, not exactly what the entire head will do. Different areas can have years of uneven colour buildup, meaning one section may lift beautifully while another barely moves.

This lovely client had previously used B!?!? Black, a product readily available online😉, one that many colourists find can be extremely difficult to remove. Years of colour buildup can make the lightening process unpredictable and resistant.

This is the perfect example of why professional colour correction is a journey, not a race.
