🥰 REACHING OUT TO OUR MISSING TARGET MEMBERS 🥰

Target members don't have to weigh in each week, (did you know that?) it's free whilst you’re within your target range. Sometimes you find other things to do, and a week turns into 2 and then before you know it's been months…..

If you return to group and you’re not in that target range, you get a ‘grace’ week (a chance to return back into your target bubble (3lbs either side) and if it takes you a little longer, you’re not starting from scratch, you just have to get back into that bubble.
