I am so incredibly proud of Penelope for donating a whopping 15 inches of her hair to The Little Princess Trust.
Not only did she give the gift of hair, but she absolutely smashed her fundraising goal.
She set out to raise £700, and she is currently sitting at an amazing £1,308! She is now just £92 away from reaching enough to fund a second wig.
We have no doubt she is going to hit that target with flying colours.

How to Donate Hair: A Step-by-Step Guide
If others are feeling inspired by Penelope and would like to follow in her footsteps, here are the standard steps for donating to the Little Princess Trust:
1. Check the Requirements: Ensure the hair meets the current guidelines. Generally, the Trust requires hair to be at least 30cm (12 inches) long, clean, dry, and in good condition (no bleach or heavy damage).
2. Measure and Secure: Tie the hair into multiple small ponytails using strong elastic bands. This keeps the hair bundled securely while it is being cut.
3. The Cut: Cut the hair above the top elastic band to ensure the length remains intact. Important: Never cut wet or damp hair, as it will rot during transit.
4. Package: Place the dry, secure ponytails into a sealed plastic bag or a sturdy envelope.
5. Send: Complete the donation form from the Little Princess Trust website and post the package to their address.
6. Fundraising: As Penelope has shown, while the hair is the primary gift, the cost to create a wig is significant. Setting up a fundraising page alongside the hair donation is a fantastic way to cover the manufacturing costs of the hairpieces.

Chloe and Lisa had a wonderful day on Monday spent at The Hurlingham Club in London celebrating the annual Goldwell UK & Ireland celebration of color event ! It was so much fun and they had the weather to match. ☀️
They made their very own aroma rollers, they watched lots of seminars demonstrated by our industry’s finest, had unlimited sweet treats, beverages and an incredible BBQ spread, what more could you ask for 🙌🏼.
They saw so many familiar and friendly faces and they cannot wait for the next one ! Thank you GOLDWELL you never disappoint 🥂🙌🏼
