Iced coffee is the perfect refreshment on hot days too !
It's perfectly cooling, energizing, and can be served as a dessert.
Here are the three most popular ways to prepare it:
Classic: A double espresso or strong drip coffee poured over ice, stirred with cold milk and optional sweetener or syrup.
Frappé: filter coffee (or espresso) whipped with a little water to form a thick froth, poured over cold water and milk, and served over plenty of ice.
Cold Brew: Ground coffee steeped in cold water for 12 hours. It produces an incredibly smooth, low-acid brew.
Pro-tip for hot weather: Make coffee ice cubes! This will prevent the drink from watering down as it melts.
Have a nice, hot day with an iced coffee of your choice

Fruit Teas are an excellent choice for hot weather ! Decaffeinated fruit infusions (e.g., hibiscus, rosehip, mango, apple, cherry, strawberry, rasberryy any berry..) and rooibos teas are the best for hot days. They quench thirst without dehydrating, and when served cold with ice cubes, they provide excellent refreshment.

Oh, it's so wonderfully sunny and hot ! The season for strawberries and cream has officially begun!
Our handmade Polish Pottery Cow creamer is perfect for this ritual!
Cow-shaped milk jugs are so nice and popular because they add a playful, whimsical charm to any table. By pouring the liquid directly out of the cow’s mouth, they turn an everyday task into a fun, interactive experience that kids and adults both love.

Smoked tea is a unique category of dried leaf tea that, after harvesting, is dried using smoke (usually from pine, beech, or fruit wood). This gives the infusion a deep, earthy, even campfire-like, woody, or plummy aroma.
Our Snail and Rabbit shop offers 3 types of smoked tea:
Lapsang Souchong: A classic black tea from China's Fujian province. Its leaves are smoked over resinous pinewood, producing a very strong, dry aroma reminiscent of a campfire, smoked plum, or to***co.
Russian Caravan: A blend of black teas (often with Lapsang Souchong and Chinese teas) that historically came to Europe from China overland. It is characterized by a milder, slightly smoky, and sweet flavor.
NOTTINGHAN LION : our signature local , hand-blended by us with a small amount of Lapsang Souchong , black tea from Kenya and the addition of marigold flower to highlight the mane of the Nottingham lion :)
They are all worth trying, visit our shop in Lady Bay, Nottingham or order online :
