It's because you're all just being YOU! 🫶🏻

Smiling, laughing, connecting with strangers, making each other feel welcome, crying, exploring yourself and letting go into it all.

These are my favourite photos because i love community connection so much.

A community that supports each other to expand beyond our comfort zones and supports our differences.

Different ages, appearances and interests are welcome here.

Just human to human supporting each others growth and journey in life 🌳

Dance workshop 💃🏻

Woodland Wellness Festival 🌳✨

led everyone through an ice breaker exercise.

She could tell people were particularly nervous about the movement practise and so started by getting everyone to walk around the space to music and when the music stopped to find a partner.

Before saying a word they had to stare at each other in the eyes and then talk afterwards! Helping people to connect on a deeper level, become more aware of their thoughts and discomforts and learning about each other before speaking to let the body talk!

Then we did a dance to 'I Lived' to empower everyone to follow their dreams and desires with joy, love and happiness.

Getting the endorphins flowing, connecting to the body and helping us become a little more free in ourselves.

Everyone did so well at getting out of their comfort zones and a lot of people surprised themselves with how much they enjoyed it too, despite being nervous!

Creative Writing Workshop ✍🏻

Led by 🐦‍🔥

Phoebe led everyone through 3 doors to write on.

1- Inner child

2- Self love

3- Future self

You could write about all 3 or just one, or draw and create how you wish, if writing isn't your thing.

Then she opened up the space for people to share if they felt called to.

A few people shared and the tears flowed around the room as we got an insight into people's stories and deep thoughts and feelings. 🥹

Helping people to learn more about themselves and each other to start the day. 👏🏻

Phoebe also opened up the space by sharing openly what she has come through even to be sanding and speaking in front of everyone there at the event day. Which helped ease the worries from@others around her too.

Thank you so much Phoebe for shining your humour, your light and gifts with everyone there.

Woodland Wellness Festival 2026! 🎉

It's hard to put into words how special the day was, so i hope the photos show you just that!

There's much more to come and we can't wait to show you more!

We're truly on awe how everyone came with an open heart and mind. Starting the day as strangers and leaving feeling like we were all a part of something.

Feeling supported, loved and held by each other. Connecting to yourselves as well as bravely connecting deeply to each other through movement, presence, writing, grounding, relaxing, eating and drinking together.

It was a pleasure to have you all and thank you so much for joining us!
