Meet Faye 👋💚

Faye is one of our Cluster Managers, Designated Safeguarding Leads and our SENCO here at The Lime Trees.

She works closely with our settings to support managers and practitioners, helps ensure every child is safe and supported, and plays a key role in making sure children with additional needs receive the support they deserve.

What inspired Faye to work with children?

A part-time job running children's parties as a teenager sparked a passion for childcare that has stayed with her ever since.

And despite her leadership role, she still loves getting involved in activities whenever she visits our clubs.

Her favourite?
🎨 The playdough station!

One thing that stood out during Faye's spotlight was her answer to a question we recently asked Mandy too.

When asked to describe The Lime Trees in one word, both gave exactly the same answer:
""Family."" 💚

We think that says a lot about the culture we've built across our nurseries, clubs and Holiday Academies.

A huge thank you to everyone who came over to say hello, entered our competitions and chatted to the team. It was lovely meeting so many families.

Staying safe in the summer sun ☀️

With temperatures expected to be high over the next few days, we'd like to reassure families that our teams are taking extra steps to help children stay safe, comfortable and hydrated.

We'll be encouraging regular drinks breaks, making use of shaded areas and adapting activities throughout the day to avoid the hottest periods.

If you have any questions, please speak to your club manager.
