The answer is simple… because I’m a perfectionist.

I treat every set as though I’m working on my own eyes. I won’t rush, cut corners or settle for anything less than my best. Every lash is carefully placed with your natural lashes, comfort and finished result in mind 🤎

A little brow tidy-up ✨

My client wanted to keep her brows looking completely natural, so we simply removed the stray hairs and gently refined the shape. Clean, neat and still beautifully her own 🤎

I asked ChatGPT to create a mascot for me based on everything it knows about my personality… and this is Glitz the Magpie! 🖤✨

Why a magpie? Because they’re clever, curious, confident and always drawn to things that sparkle. Glitz is fiercely loyal, full of energy and forever collecting new ideas—usually several at once! She’s glamorous, ambitious, slightly chaotic and always busy creating something beautiful.

Of course, she had to have her own little lash wand to represent The Lash & Glow Lady! 😂

A little reminder about no-shows 🤍

When somebody doesn’t attend their appointment or cancels at the last minute, it has a much bigger impact on a small business than you may realise.

That time has been reserved especially for you. I have prepared my salon, turned other clients away and planned my working day around your appointment. As this is my income, an empty appointment also means lost earnings that I’m unlikely to replace at such short notice.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, but please give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Clients who do not attend may be required to pay the remaining appointment balance before making another booking.
