Korumana Massage
Serving through art of massage is a compassionate way to promote healing and relaxation , nurturing both the body and the spirit of those in need.🙌🏻💚
✨ Starting in September, I’ll be offering a new treatment — split massage for the face and neck ✨
I’m currently training in this signature deep manual rejuvenation technique at the Split Massage Institute. From September, I’ll be opening bookings for treatments.
This is a very important step for me. I truly believe in a gentle, natural, and holistic approach to beauty, where the face is seen not in isolation, but in connection with the body’s overall condition, muscles, posture, breathing, and inner tension. I want to offer clients not just visible results, but a soft, safe, and truly natural renewal without surgery or injections.
Split massage is a deep treatment for the face and neck, where tension, fatigue, and the signs of time often accumulate. We gently work with the muscles, fascia, ligaments, and fat pads, helping the tissues relax, regain mobility, and activate the body’s natural recovery and rejuvenation processes.
When tension is released, the face changes noticeably: it becomes lighter, softer, and fresher. Puffiness decreases, contours become more even, and there is a feeling of rest, inner harmony, and natural beauty.
The result is a more defined oval, a relaxed face, a healthy glow, and a gentle lifting effect without overload, injections, or surgery.
📩 From September, I’ll be opening bookings at an introductory price. There will be only a few spots.🍀🙌🏻
MASSAGE FOR SELF-CONFIDENCE 🍀🙌🏻
Self-confidence is not only a matter of psychology. It is also a matter of biomechanics.
We tend to think that a thought comes first (‘I’m afraid’) and then the body reacts (the shoulders rise toward the ears).
However, the opposite is also true: your body can tell your brain whether you feel like a winner or a victim.
When a person lives in a state of constant stress, the body literally ‘folds’ into a fetal position, even while standing upright. The chest muscles shorten, pulling the shoulders forward to protect the heart area, while the head moves forward, creating the so-called ‘computer posture.’
This state is a biological alarm signal. The brain interprets this posture as vulnerability: ‘We are in danger, we need to shrink.’ In this physical state, it is impossible to project leadership or calmness.
Massage acts as a tool for ‘reprogramming’ the body’s response.
A therapist doesn’t simply work on the muscles — they release patterns of tension. As this protective armor dissolves, the chest opens and expands, allowing for a fuller breath. Deep breathing sends a direct signal to the brain’s limbic system: ‘There is no threat, you can relax.’
At the same time, neurochemical magic happens. Deep pressure on the skin’s receptors lowers cortisol levels and stimulates the release of endorphins and oxytocin. The body shifts from survival mode to a state of optimal functioning.
The result of massage is not just the absence of muscle pain. It is a change in proprioception — the way you sense your body in space. You begin to feel your weight, your grounding, your stability.
When the body stops sending the message ‘I need to protect myself,’ it becomes much easier for the mind to embrace the message ‘I am ready to act.’
Confidence is when your body takes up exactly the space it is meant to occupy, without trying to become smaller or invisible.
WHY WOMEN NEED MASSAGE
🍃 Massage helps you truly relax. In today’s stressful world, this is priceless. Instead of constantly rushing, give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and recharge.
🍃 Massage slows life down for a moment. Between work, family, responsibilities, and endless to-do lists, women often forget to rest. A massage creates space to slow down and simply be.
🍃 Massage supports circulation and lymph flow, helping the body release toxins, improve wellbeing, and maintain natural beauty and vitality.
🍃 Massage deeply nourishes the skin with natural oils, helping prevent dryness, fatigue, and signs of aging.
🍃 Massage is an act of self-care. It allows a woman to receive care, let go of control, and trust someone else for a while.
🍃 Massage helps release physical tension and emotional stress stored in the body, bringing both physical and mental relief.
🍃 Massage can ease discomfort such as back pain, muscle tightness, headaches, and everyday fatigue.
🍃 Massage helps process emotions through the body. Sometimes deep relaxation allows hidden stress or emotional pain to gently release.
🍃 After a good massage, women often feel more inspired, creative, energized, and emotionally balanced.
🍃 Massage is also quiet time for yourself — away from noise, responsibilities, phones, and constant demands. A moment to rest, reflect, or simply sleep.
🍃 During massage, clarity often appears: fresh ideas, answers, and solutions come more naturally when the mind and body relax.
🍃 Even one massage a week or once a month can make a beautiful difference for your health, mood, and overall wellbeing.
🍃 Don’t save self-care for “someday.” Investing in your peace, health, and happiness always benefits both you and your family.

Carl Jung once said: “Meeting yourself is meeting God.”
They do not jump around or shine with diamonds. They simply do their work with such honesty that the voice becomes an organ of the soul, and the hands become conduits. Look at them, and you will understand what true spirituality is. Not a rejection of the world, but a complete immersion in one’s work. It does not matter who you are: a singer, a plumber, or a teacher. When you forget about appearances and surrender yourself to the process, the One behind everything speaks through you.
Carry this imprint into your profession, into your mornings, into your silence.
Do not perform for anyone. Simply live in such a way that in every action you meet your true self.
