Scalp health! This is the epitome of hair growth and thickness! 🙌🏻 healthy hair starts from the root not just the ends! Scalp massagers, exfoliating scrubs are game changers! Once every couple of weeks to remove oil build up and help scalp circulation makes a massive difference ✨

Heat protection is a must when styling your hair with heat! Not only does it reduce breakage and frizziness it also helps maintain style and smoothness for longer!

Sleeping with wet hair can cause scalp irritation, breakage and frizziness! If you find your hair type is more oily! Always make sure to dry the roots thoroughly ✨

Try using a micro fibre towel on your hair which is a lot more gentle, excessive rubbing with a towel can cause your outer scales (eg cuticle) of the hair shaft to become raised this can lead to frizziness, fly aways and even damage not only to the scalp but the ends especially when the hair is wet due to the lower elasticity 💗
