Meet Dirty Blonde - your purple-hued colour corrector for breaking through your tanning plateau. This tone-perfecting intensifier uses brass-banishing, colour-refining technology to help counter the appearance of overly warm and orange tones for a cooler, more platinum polished-looking bronze colour. Skin strengthening agents help to refine the look of uneven texture while smoothing and firming the skin appearance. From Friday 23rd October, our winter opening hours will be as follows:

Monday: 8am – 10pm
Tuesday: 8am – 10pm
Wednesday: 8am – 10pm
Thursday: 8am – 10pm
Friday: 8am – 9pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: 9am – 5pm

As we head into the colder months, things are a little quieter in the salon, so now is the perfect time to pop in.

Walk-ins are very welcome, and there’s no need to book ahead.

Please remember, our last sunbed session is 20 minutes before closing.

Our price list explained…

We’ve had lots of new faces at Skinz recently, so we wanted to clarify how our different sessions, courses and subscriptions work.

SINGLE SESSIONS
Single sessions must be used in one go and cannot be split across multiple visits.

SAVER COURSES
Our saver courses can be shared between customers, have no expiry date and have no set number of minutes to be used.

WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
• Available to purchase online only
• Maximum of 18 minutes per day
• K11 is not included
• For one customer only and cannot be shared
• Payment is taken automatically each week
• You can cancel through Stripe or by notifying us
• Once a payment has been taken, it cannot be refunded

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
Our monthly subscription works in the same way as the weekly subscription, but lasts for a full month.

• Maximum of 18 minutes per day
• K11 is not included
• For one customer only and cannot be shared
• Payment is taken automatically
• Can be cancelled through Stripe or by notifying us
• Once payment has been taken, it cannot be refunded

K11 SINGLE SESSIONS
K11 single sessions can only be used on the K11 bed and must be used in one go. They cannot be split between visits.

K11 COURSES
K11 courses can only be used on the K11 bed, but can be shared between customers. They have no expiry date.

Please make sure you’re familiar with the terms of whichever option you purchase before using it. If you’re ever unsure which option is best for you, just ask a member of the team and we’ll be happy to help.

A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS…

We’ve had lots of new customers joining us recently, so we just wanted to go over a few things that help us keep Skinz clean, safe and running smoothly.

We’re now heading into our quieter period, which means we can be much more accommodating with walk-ins.

PLEASE SHOW US YOUR CREAM
If you’re bringing your own tanning cream, please show a member of staff before using it on our beds. This is to make sure the product is approved and suitable for use on our equipment.

Please do not use any cream that has not been approved by us.

Anyone found using an unapproved cream will be banned from using the salon, and minutes will be deducted from their account to cover the cost of any damage caused to our equipment.

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BED
After every session, please clean the bed using the blue spray and white roll provided.

Once you have cleaned the bed, our staff will then go in and clean it again ready for the next customer.

CAN’T FIND AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE?
Our online booking system runs on a 30 minute delay, so it doesn’t always show immediate availability.

If you can’t find a suitable appointment online, please give us a call or just pop in. We may still have availability in the salon that hasn’t appeared online yet.

NO-SHOWS
We are currently experiencing a high number of customers booking sessions and not turning up. If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel it in advance.

If you do not turn up for your booked session and do not cancel, the minutes will be deducted from your account.

We completely understand that things can happen, but please remember that a no show booking prevents another customer from being able to use that time.

LOST PROPERTY
We currently have a large amount of lost property at the salon, including tanning creams. Unfortunately, we cannot hold onto lost property indefinitely. If you have left something at Skinz, please collect it as soon as possible. Any unclaimed lost property, including creams, will be disposed of.

K11 PLUS — COLLAGEN MODE

You’ve probably seen collagen masks everywhere lately, but have you heard of a full-body collagen experience?

Our K11 Plus has a dedicated collagen & red light mode, where the tanning lamps can be completely switched off, allowing you to use the bed purely for its red light technology.

Red light therapy is designed to support the skin’s natural processes and can help improve the appearance of skin, including its tone, texture and firmness.

So rather than just focusing on your face, the K11 Plus allows you to enjoy a full-body red light experience.

No tanning. Just the red light.

We often get asked, “What does collagen actually do?”

Collagen is a protein naturally found in our skin and is important for keeping it looking firm, smooth and elastic.

Red light therapy is associated with supporting collagen production and can help:

• Support skin firmness and elasticity
• Improve the appearance of skin texture
• Support the skin’s natural processes
• Give the skin a healthier-looking glow

And there’s another feature we love!! You can switch the blue tanning light off part way through your session and continue with red light only, which is perfect if you’re feeling too warm but still want to continue your red light session.
