These aren't new rules, just reminders of policies and procedures already in place.
And no, this isn't aimed at anyone in particular ๐
It's just a collection of things that have been happening more often lately and rather than repeating myself 47 times a week, I thought I'd stick it all in one post ๐
Also, a little reminder while we're at it: if you've used your booking fee towards the cost of a previous appointment, please make sure a new booking fee has been paid for any future appointments already booked in. Appointments aren't considered secured without one.

Over the years, clients have become so much more than "just clients". Some are like sisters, mothers, besties and therapists! I've shared countless conversations, laughs, tears, milestones and memories with them, and many have watched me grow through different chapters of my life.
So many of you knew how much I hoped this day would come, which made capturing their reactions to my engagement feel extra special. A little moment I'll treasure forever ๐ค
