🍂✨ NOVEMBER SOUND BATH SESSIONS – A LITTLE TIME JUST FOR YOU ✨🍂

Life gets busy, doesn’t it? Sometimes we all need a little reminder that it’s okay to stop, slow down and simply be. 🤎

This November, I’m inviting you to take an hour out of your busy week to relax, reset and reconnect with yourself.

I’ll be holding TWO Sound Bath sessions at Heyside Parish Hall, each with its own gentle theme. 🥰

🌸 Thursday 12th November – Rest & Reset
An hour to pause, unwind and let go of the stresses of everyday life.

🌿 Tuesday 17th November – Restore & Reconnect
An invitation to slow down, find your balance and reconnect with yourself.

✨ Both sessions:
🕗 8pm–9pm
📍 Heyside Parish Hall, Royton, Oldham
💷 £10 per person wellness exchange

Settle down, get cosy, close your eyes and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to help you switch off from the outside world.

And remember…

🤎 You don’t need to arrive calm.
🤎 You don’t need to know how to meditate.
🤎 You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need to come as you are.

The hub has always been a place for the community to enjoy , relax and have some time

I forever get asked about the space the big room and to be honest I’ve not been ready to give it my attention but the time is here and you will be seeing lots of great things coming

All to give you time out , socialising and enjoying whatever that may be all to help get us out it’s good for our soul

It’s official… our Girlie Pamper Days & Birthday Parties are becoming a BIG hit at the Hub! 🎀

We had another gorgeous birthday girl celebrating with us today, and honestly, I just LOVE seeing the girls having the best time!

A little pampering, lots of giggles, feeling grown-up for the day and making special memories with their friends. 💕

I know my Hub is usually a peaceful little sanctuary, but seeing these girls giggling, getting excited and running around enjoying themselves makes me just as happy.

Because that’s what I created this space for. 🥹
