Another week complete....and what a week it has been....a beautiful mix of treatments, clients( both returning & new) and a full range of emotions to tie it all together.

Too many times this week I have heard "sorry about that" and that is something you never should feel the need to say here. Simply come as you are and let me do my best to help you leave feeling better than you arrived 💕

This week was a big reminder of just how much clients can be carrying with them, some of it tough, some sad and some of it exciting and new . All of it is welcome here unapologetically!

So here is a little reminder of things you never have to apologise for:

🤫 Not wanting to talk...silence is absolutely welcome here. You don't have to make conversation.I know exactly how it feels to have your social battery run out & that is totally fine. You are in control of your appointment, I will follow your lead .

🗣️ Oversharing....sometimes you just need to get it all out. I listen without judgement. As a fellow over-sharer ,you are in good company 🤣

😭 Crying.....let the tears come. This is a safe space and you don't need to hold everything together here. You would be shocked at how many people cry behind the door of Serenity Head Spa. Sometimes when the nervous systems finally gets to relax, the tears come automatically. The release is good and you'll never be judged for that here.

💭 Offloading ....leave some of the weight in the chair.. Sometimes saying it out loud is part of letting it go. If sharing something helps lighten the load for you, then im here for it!

😮‍💨 Being completely exhausted... you don't need to arrive looking or feeling your best. You are here for relaxation & renewal , Serenity Head Spa is softly lit exactly for that reason. No need to worry how you look.

🧠 Having a busy mind..... relaxation doesn't mean you have to switch your thoughts off instantly. It takes time to quieten a busy mind, don't over think it.....when I do my job right , the busy mind will slow down automatically.

🙈 Being a little awkward or self-conscious.... there is absolutely no judgement here. You will be treated with the utmost care, respect and discretion here at Serenity Head Spa.

😴 Falling asleep or snoring....honestly, I take it as a massive compliment that you feel safe and content enough to fall asleep.

💓And most importantly......You never have to apologise for simply needing a break and spending some time putting yourself 1st!

I will always be extremely grateful that you choose Serenity Head Spa and you are always in control of how your treatment goes.
So wholeheartedly .... come as you are ,I will meet you where you're at and you can breathe and just simply BE!

Anybody that has gift vouchers to use before October please get in touch to schedule an appointment . I dont want anyone to be left feeling disappointed if they can't get in.
I know life can get busy and months pass us by so quickly and that is why I allow 12months for gift vouchers to be redeemed, to give everyone plenty of time to book in.
