Cancellation, illness and no show policy.

Please be aware if an appointment is missed, full payment will stand.
Giving less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation will incur a 50% charge of your treatment cost.
Cancellation due to illness will also incur a 50% charge of your treatment cost.
All payments will need to be paid before another appointment can be made.

As you can all appreciate I am a small independent business, this policy helps protect my time and ensures I can offer openings to other clients.
