Thanks to everyone who came. I was feeling really nervous about today but it turned out to be beautiful. The long morning session was amazing- intense and tranquil in various measures- I owe you a story 😀The short sessions gave us a flavour of sauna rituals and what a beautiful post Sauna picnic. The final birthday session was something else… A total eclipse of the heart being belted out from the sauna on a glorious sunny day. If you know, you know….
Most importantly the new friends made and the bravery of guests to turn up and try new things. From smearing banana on their faces to being genuinely honest about how they are feeling. Saunagus has no clear business strategy and is fumbling its way through life but the energy, connections and comments we receive make me feel like we are serving a genuine need.
Thank you so much to all who came old friends and new. You make the Sauna what it is and you made my sauna wish come true. I feel ok now and that feels fantastic after being lost in the swamps of doubt. Thank you all 🙏🏻❤️

We are hoping to do more of these gentle guided sessions this year. All the benefits of our regular sessions but slower, calmer and with more space for stillness and release. Step away from the storms and seek temporary shelter and respite in the sauna

Thank you to all our guests and co-creators. Steam has ushered in the beauty of autumn. We sold out all our sessions within 2 weeks. It’s really tounching to have this support. The community sauna will arrive one day once we have a site (keep your eyes peeled)

An amazing sauna and meeting Bailey .sauna at one of my favourite spots in the uk . The beautiful Lepe country park.
Followed by dinner . Highly recommend the solace sauna if you can make it down there. Beautiful spot, lovely sauna
