Please make sure you leave plenty of time for your appointment and plan your journey in advance.

I am back-to-back with clients, so unfortunately I cannot run over time if you arrive late.

⏰ My 15-minute late policy still applies. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be affected or cancelled.
