Ever thought about trying Yoga? 🧘‍♀️

This Saturday we’re hosting a FREE Yoga Day, and at 11:30am we have Beginners Yoga — the perfect session for anyone who’s never tried Yoga before or simply wants to give it a go.

It’s a great opportunity to learn some new movements, methods and techniques in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Our sessions are:

9:30am – Ashtanga Yoga
10:30am – Breathwork
11:30am – Beginners Yoga
12:30pm – Breathwork

Yoga is a fantastic addition to your fitness routine, and Beginners Yoga is a great place to start.

Well, that’s the turnaround done in 48 hours! 😂🫣 Holidays are over, the room is all set up, and I’m ready to welcome you back from tomorrow.
