I had a brand new client in for a lash lift today and, as I always do, I asked, "How did you hear about my salon?"

Her answer...

"I asked ChatGPT where the best place in Perth was for a lash lift... and Blink Beauty came up." 😲🫢✨

I had to tell Gary because he always laughs at me for using ChatGPT. 😂 I absolutely love my wee ChatGPT, so I was feeling quite smug about this!

He decided to ask Gemini the same question...

And Blink Beauty came up there too... first! 🤭🏆

It's honestly amazing to think people are now asking AI where to book their beauty treatments, and my little garden salon is being recommended. 🥰

This set has grown out beautifully because of the little things that make a BIG difference:

💧 Daily cuticle oiling to keep your nails and surrounding skin nourished
👩🏼‍🌾 Wearing gloves when gardening to protect your nails from dirt, water and damage
🧤 Wearing gloves for cleaning and washing dishes where possible, as chemicals can break down products over time
🚫 Not using your nails as tools (your nails are not screwdrivers 😉)
🙅🏼‍♀️ Avoiding picking or peeling your gel, as this can damage your natural nails and affect future retention

📢 Important Online Booking Update from Blink Beauty ❗❗

I wanted to let all my lovely clients know about an immediate change to my booking system.
After being made aware of new changes with Vagaro this evening, I have decided to turn off new client bookings through Vagaro with immediate effect.

The new changes mean that all NEW clients booking through Vagaro will be charged an additional fee on top of their appointment cost. This fee does not come to Blink Beauty, and I do not agree with my clients paying extra charges when I already pay a monthly subscription for the booking system.

For this reason, I have made the decision to move to a new booking platform that keeps things simple, fair and cost-effective for my clients.

🩷 Existing clients who already use Vagaro to book appointments will not be affected and can continue booking as normal until I switch over.

I will be setting up my new online booking diary over the next few days and aim to have this ready by Early Next week 🤞🏼

In the meantime, if you are a new client and would like to book an appointment, please contact me directly and I will happily arrange this for you manually.
